Job summary

Infinityy is seeking a permanent design owner for the agent side: the dashboard agents use to manage listings, leads and showings, the upgrade path, and a new agent mobile app. You will bring a design planning step to a team that has moved fast without one.

You will own end-to-end design for the agent experience, ship the agent mobile app to v1, map flows before pixels, and grow the design system to keep design and code in sync while collaborating with PMs and engineers for scalable product

Qualifications

4+ years of product design for SaaS or two-sided marketplaces with shipped work.
Portfolio showing complex workflows (dashboards, CRM, scheduling).
Native mobile app design experience (iOS/Android).
Strong Figma skills including components and prototyping.
Comfort performing lightweight user research and turning it into decisions.
Daily use of AI tools in the design process.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for the agent experience: listings, leads, scheduling, analytics and upgrades.
Design the agent mobile app from concept to v1, mobile-first.
Plan before pixels: map flows, edge cases and states with specs for engineers.
Grow the design system to keep design and code in sync.
Collaborate with PMs and frontend engineers through build and QA.
Present work to leadership with clear rationale and tradeoffs.
