Job summary

Infinityy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the buyer and viewer experience—from concept through shipped product, covering immersive and traditional viewers, and collaborative touring. You will prototype in code (HTML/CSS, React or similar) and in design tools, mentor the design team, set visual standards, and collaborate with engineers and executives to drive the product forward.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, with leadership in a product area.
• Portfolio of shipped, interaction-rich consumer experiences (media, maps, 3D or real-time collaboration).
• Prototyping in code and in design tools; strong visual and motion design craft.

Responsibilities

• Design buyer-facing Fin interactions, listing narratives, neighborhoods hotspots and questions.
• Lead mobile-first viewer design, focusing on touch and performance-aware layouts.

• Set visual design standards and grow the design system with the product designer.
• Plan flows and edge cases with engineering before work starts.
• Present designs with clear rationale; CEO approval required.
• Mentor the product designer and shape how the design team works as it grows.

Job description

You'll own the buyer and viewer experience: how people tour, compare and decide on a property. You'll lead design for the immersive and traditional viewers, collaborative touring and buyer-facing Fin, and set the visual and interaction standard for the whole product. You design and prototype in code, so ideas move quickly from concept to working product.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for the buyer and renter experience: traditional and immersive viewers, collaborative touring, comparison and favorites
• Design buyer-facing Fin interactions, such as listing narratives, questions and neighborhood hotspots
• Lead the viewer's move to mobile-first, from touch interactions to performance-aware layouts
• Prototype new viewer concepts in code and test them with buyers, agents and operators
• Set visual design and brand standards across the product, and grow the design system with the product designer
• Plan before build: agree flows, edge cases and states with engineering before work starts
• Bring designs to design review with clear rationale; the CEO gives final approval
• Mentor the product designer and help shape how the design team works as it grows

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of product design, with 2+ leading design for a product or major product area
• A portfolio of shipped, interaction-rich consumer experiences, such as media, maps, 3D or real-time collaboration
• Comfort prototyping in code (HTML/CSS, React or similar) as well as in design tools such as Figma
• Strong visual and interaction design craft, including motion and mobile patterns
• Experience running lightweight research and usability tests and turning findings into decisions
• Daily use of AI tools in your design and prototyping work
• Clear communication with engineers and executives

Nice to have

• 3D, 360 or immersive media experience (WebGL, Three.js or game engines)
• Designing AI or LLM-powered features
• Experience as a founding or early designer at a startup

First 90 days

• 30: viewer launch shipped; core viewer flows and components documented
• 60: mobile-first viewer plan approved; design system foundations shared with the product designer
• 90: first post-launch viewer improvements shipped from agreed specs; agent-side design handed to the product designer
