Ladders is seeking a Product Designer to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, shaping end-to-end product experiences for creators in a technology-driven environment. Remote within the US.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to move ideas from concept through launch, emphasize intuitive UX, and raise the bar for craft through iteration and collaboration. This role offers equity and a healthcare package.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape end-to-end product experiences that solve meaningful user problems and strengthen the overall product journey. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to move ideas from concept through launch, with a strong emphasis on intuitive UX and thoughtful iteration.

The position also offers the opportunity to influence design standards, raise the bar for craft, and help create experiences that support creator-focused engagement in a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
