Job summary

Teamified is helping a global volunteering platform recruit a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences for volunteers, organizers, and partners. You’ll work with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate insights into intuitive, impactful interfaces.

You’ll own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, conduct user research, and iterate rapidly in an agile environment while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showing your process and reasoning.
• Strong UI craft for accessible interfaces.
• Experience designing complex web/mobile workflows.
• Product and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think end-to-end and trade-offs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery.
• Experience with Figma and design tools.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Join our client’s Product Design Team as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the experience of a global volunteering platform. You'll work alongside passionate designers, engineers, and product managers to solve real problems and create intuitive experiences that make a genuine impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and delivery
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously improve the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in an agile environment
• Champion the customer voice in every decision, turning insight into shared team understanding
• Create journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that inform product decisions
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive satisfaction and growth
• Identify and prioritize UX improvements across the platform and contribute to our evolving design system
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences
• Track product performance through analytics and user feedback, and iterate against it
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery

What You'll Need

• Experience & craft
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies
• A portfolio that shows your process and reasoning, not just finished screens
• Strong UI craft with a passion for accessible, functional interfaces
• Experience designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications
• Product & problem-solving skills
• A strong product lens — the ability to understand customer needs and motivations and translate them into product opportunities
• Ability to think holistically about end-to-end experiences and articulate trade-offs within a broader ecosystem
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-moving, undefined projects
• Collaboration and communication
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly, reason through decisions, and use storytelling to influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence

• Experience with Enterprise platforms or Workforce Management solutions
• Commercial mindset to making design investments for maximum impact
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
