Responsabilités

• Осуществлять полный цикл дизайна от исследования до готовых спецификаций.
• Дизайн конечных пользовательских потоков и интерактивных прототипов в Figma.
• Нести ответственность за область дорожной карты в рамках двух pod.
• Работать в рамках и развивать текущую дизайн-систему.
• Сотрудничать с PM, инженерами и двумя дизайнерами в асинхронной среде.
• Участвовать в дизайн-ревью и давать конструктивную обратную связь.
• Проводить лёгкое usability тестирование по мере необходимости.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that can potentially become a People Lead role. You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. You must be within CET ±2 hours. This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST. - 5+ years of Product Design experience. - Experience in people management and a genuine interest in growing as a people leader. - Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products. - Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites. - Experience working within an established design system. - Strong interaction and visual design skills. - Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team. - Clear written communication and documentation skills. - Experience handing off designs to engineering. - Experience conducting usability testing.

Задачи:

• Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.
• Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.
• Work within and evolve our existing design system.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.
• Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.
• Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
