Job summary

RMG Talent is partnering with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Product Designer for its fully remote R&D team. The role covers chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows, plus AI-powered surfaces.

You will drive end-to-end design for mobile-first consumer products, collaborate with senior design, product and founders, and translate strategic thinking into high-quality visuals and interactions. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with high ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
• Portfolio shows polished UI across real consumer products.
• Ability to explain AI tools and workflows used in design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across chat experiences and monetisation.
• Design live and interactive AI surfaces and features.
• Collaborate with Design Lead, PMs and founders.
• Own product surfaces and iterate autonomously.
• Translate strategy into high-quality visuals and interactions.
• Craft mobile-first interfaces for a large consumer product.
• Develop polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes.
• Cover the full design process from concept to execution.
• Contribute to a fast-moving product environment with new interaction models.

RMG Talent is working with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Product Designer for its fully remote R&D team. The role is a hands-on, end-to-end product design position covering chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows, as well as emerging interactive and AI-powered surfaces.

• Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows
• Design emerging product surfaces including live and interactive features and AI video experiences
• Work closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders
• Take high ownership and operate autonomously across product surfaces
• Translate strategic product thinking into high-quality visual and interaction design
• Design mobile-first experiences for a large-scale consumer product
• Develop polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes
• Work across the full product design process from concept through execution
• Contribute to a fast-moving product environment where new interaction models are frequently developed.

Требования:

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience
• Experience designing and shipping mobile-first products at scale
• Strong strategic product thinking combined with elite visual execution
• Portfolio demonstrating polished, modern and high-quality UI across real consumer products
• Ability to demonstrate strong visual craft and design quality immediately through portfolio work
• Daily use of AI tools for design, prototyping or content generation
• Ability to clearly explain specific AI tools and workflows used in the design process
• Advanced Figma skills
• Strong prototyping skills using design tools and/or code-based approaches
• Experience working autonomously and taking ownership of product surfaces
• Willingness to work on a B2B / contractor basis initially
• Comfortable working with adult-content product experiences
• Strong async communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
