Job summary

Replika is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to craft high-quality user experiences across mobile and web. You will shape what millions of users see and feel, from onboarding to daily interactions, with emphasis on trust in deeply personal conversations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years designing consumer apps at scale, a standout portfolio, and a passion for AI-driven, emotionally engaging products. This fully remote role requires strong English communication and CET-hour alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
• Portfolio shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft with sleek, intuitive apps.
• Proactive, hands-on, and ship-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English; able to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with AI/conversational UI or emotionally engaging products.
• Experience with UX research and integrating insights into design decisions.
• Prompt engineering experience and ability to craft effective prompts.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.

Responsibilities

Product Designer
