Qureos in New York City is seeking a talented Product Designer to own end-to-end design for new AI-powered product experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, accountants, and leadership to turn complex problems into intuitive software and shape new product verticals from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate balances strong UX fundamentals with visual design judgment and hands-on AI-assisted design and prototyping. This is a full-time, on-site role in NYC.

Its 100+ person team operates in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment focused on transforming how accounting work gets done.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to own end-to-end design for new AI-powered product experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, accountants, and company leadership to turn complex problems into intuitive, high-quality software. This role offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to shape new product verticals from initial concepts to launch. The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals, excellent visual design judgment, and a hands-on approach to AI-assisted design and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and early concepts to prototyping, testing, and launch.

• Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI-powered workflows.

• Develop new interaction models that enable users and AI agents to collaborate effectively.

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to make product decisions and deliver solutions quickly.

• Build scalable UI components and contribute to a consistent design system as the product expands.

• Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration, iteration, and development.

• Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and translate insights into practical product improvements.

• Take ownership of design decisions and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership.

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-powered products.

• Proven experience taking at least one product from concept to launch (0-to-1).

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

• Demonstrated ability to explain design decisions and their impact on user experience.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, ideation, or prototyping, such as Claude, Figma AI, or similar tools.

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Must be able to work on-site at the company's New York City office five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, accounting software, financial services, or AI products.

• Previous experience at a high-growth startup, ideally Series A through Series D.

• Experience designing products for enterprise users and complex professional workflows.

• Familiarity with design systems, AI-agent interfaces, and rapid prototyping.

• A strong sense of product quality, clean UI, and thoughtful interaction design.
