Job summary

Qureos in New York City is seeking a talented Product Designer to own end-to-end design for new AI-powered product experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, accountants, and leadership to turn complex problems into intuitive software and shape new product verticals from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate balances strong UX fundamentals with visual design judgment and hands-on AI-assisted design and prototyping. This is a full-time, on-site role in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong portfolio showing complex B2B SaaS or AI-powered products.
• Experience bringing a product from concept to launch (0-to-1).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from research to launch.
• Design for complex B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop interaction models for collaboration between humans and AI.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Contribute to scalable UI components and design system.
• Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration.
• Translate user insights into practical product improvements.
• Take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
