Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for AI-powered product experiences in a New York-based role. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, accountants, and leadership to transform complex problems into intuitive software, shaping new product verticals from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes strong UX fundamentals, visual design, and hands-on AI-assisted design and prototyping.

Qualifications

3–10 years of experience in product design.
Portfolio showing end-to-end product ownership.
Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-powered products.
Proven track record taking at least one product from concept to launch (0-to-1).
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, IA, and visual design.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and early concepts to prototyping, testing, and launch.
Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI-powered workflows.
Develop new interaction models that enable users and AI agents to collaborate effectively.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to make product decisions and deliver solutions quickly.
Build scalable UI components and contribute to a consistent design system as the product expands.
Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration, iteration, and development.
Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and translate insights into practical product improvements.
Take ownership of design decisions and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
