Job summary

Artisan Talent is seeking a Product Designer in New York City to own end-to-end design for enterprise features and AI-native flows. You will collaborate with Head of Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate complex enterprise problems into clear, intuitive journeys and contribute to the design system.

The role requires 2–5 years of enterprise product design experience, strong UX fundamentals, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Product Design experience in the enterprise B2B space.
• Track record of shipping real product, not just redesigns or marketing pages.
• Strong visual judgment and ability to act as an Art Director.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Claude Design experience.
• Strong UX fundamentals and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain the why behind your work.
• Proactive, eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for defined features and product area from framing to launch and iteration.
• Design for AI-native flows: chat-driven intake, venue discovery, inquiries, and event tracking on web and mobile.
• Partner with senior designer to break down work and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate complex enterprise problems into clear, intuitive journeys and contribute to the design system.

They are looking for afull-time product designer to help design the enterprise side of theirproduct. You will work closely with the Head of Product and Design and a Senior Product Designer, but collaborate with Engineering and Product Management as well. You should be comfortable going beyond the UI: Writing a clear problem statement, sketching a flow in a doc, or articulating a design rationale.You will be working with a highly collaborative team and have direction and support to be successful

You Will:

• Pair closely with a senior designer on the enterprise experience - break down the work together, split it up
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Translate complex, data-and workflow-heavy enterprise problems into clear, intuitive journeys
• Contribute to and work within the design system

You Have:

• 2 - 5years of Product Design experiencein the enterprise B2B space
