Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related).
• 3–7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Experience as a design engineer on a cross-functional team.
• Experience with design reviews and gated development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design enhancements and product line extensions.
• Serve as engineering liaison to the Dubuque plant for assigned products.
