Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a dynamic Director of Manufacturing at its Dubuque, IA campus (about 780 employees). You will lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent strategy, partnering with senior leaders and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and high-performance culture.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage capital projects over $50M, and champion Lean initiatives while delivering on SQDCP metrics and long-term plant optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operational leadership, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration or comparable field preferred.
• 10–15 years in manufacturing or related industries.
• 5–7 years in leadership roles (e.g., Plant Manager, Ops Manager).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a large, complex plant.
• Develop leaders through coaching and growth opportunities.
• Serve as operational liaison to product line teams and market developments.
• Partner to operationalize product line changes.
