Job summary

DubClub, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the mobile product experience on a thriving subscription marketplace for creators and fans.

You will own end-to-end design from discovery to launch, partnering with Product, Engineering, and leadership to turn ideas into shipped experiences. You’ll evolve discovery, onboarding, content access, and engagement flows, build scalable design systems, and mentor teammates, while staying hands-on and focused on delivering delightful, high-impact

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio showing your role from problem definition through launch.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile.
• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, or similarly complex products serving more than one type of user.
• Product judgment: you can connect user needs to business goals and prioritize opportunities.
• Comfort working with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and translating design decisions into production software.
• Fluency with Figma and prototyping; interest in emerging design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through launch and iteration, including user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review.
• Improve core fan journeys such as discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal.
• Design tools that help creators launch offerings, communicate with subscribers, understand performance, and grow their businesses.
• Partner with engineers on practical solutions for mobile experiences.
• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools to explore ideas, learn faster, and improve team workflows.
• Raise the bar for product craft through clear design thinking and cross-team collaboration.
