Job summary

DubClub is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the experience across our mobile product. You’ll work on both sides of our marketplace: helping creators build robust subscription offerings and aiding fans to discover, subscribe, engage, and return.

This hands-on role partners with Product, Engineering, Creator Success, and leadership to identify problems, explore fast solutions, and ship compelling experiences. Strong design craft and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across responsive web and mobile.
• Experience with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, or similarly complex products serving more than one type of user.
• Product judgment: connect user needs to business goals, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and explain decisions clearly.
• Comfort working with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong working relationship with engineers and understanding of how design translates into production software.
• Fluency with Figma and prototyping, plus curiosity about emerging tools.
• Willingness to stay hands-on while guiding quality beyond your own projects.
• Experience in sports, sports betting, or creator platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through launch and iteration, including user flows, prototypes, visual design, and implementation review.
• Improve core fan journeys such as discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal.
• Design tools that help creators launch offerings, communicate with subscribers, understand performance, and grow their businesses.
• Partner with engineers on practical solutions for DubClub’s mobile experiences.
• Use AI and rapid prototyping tools thoughtfully to explore ideas, learn faster, and improve how the team works.
• Raise the bar for product craft through clear design thinking, constructive feedback, and close collaboration across teams.
