Job summary

Accenture seeks a product strategy and transformation practitioner to connect strategy to execution across product, teams, and operating models. You will drive AI-enabled change, mobilize governance, and lead client workstreams with Senior Managers and Directors in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

You’ll translate recommendations into operating rhythms, coach junior staff, and produce high‑quality client deliverables while collaborating across business, design, data and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships with Senior Managers and Directors, with some exposure to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, transformation plans, or operating model recommendations.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define and mobilize product operating models, including governance, roles, team structures, delivery ways of working, and blended client and consulting teams.
• Working knowledge of how AI can create value across product, delivery, operations, and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to augment your own work and improve effectiveness, speed, or quality.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and responsible AI considerations such as governance, transparency, and human oversight.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience managing or coaching more junior resources.
• Bonus points if:
• Experience in Communications, Media, and Technology, retail, consumer products, or other customer-centric industries.
• Experience with product organization design, agile transformation, or operating model change.
• Experience supporting commerce, omnichannel, customer experience, or digital portfolio transformation.
• Experience in both consulting and industry settings.
• Experience using AI to improve research, synthesis, planning, or delivery workflows.
• Exposure to AI governance, observability, or adoption planning.
• Travel may be required based on client, business, and engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, product development practices, governance, team structures, and delivery models
• Support the development of product strategies that connect customer needs, business priorities, market context, and technical realities
• Help define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including team structures, governance, ways of working, and blended client and Accenture resource models
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development, delivery, decision‑making, or customer outcomes
• Structure and synthesize research, stakeholder input, market context, and internal analysis into clear recommendations
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams
• Help bridge strategy and execution by translating recommendations into operating rhythms, delivery implications, and actionable next steps
• Manage and develop more junior team members through coaching, day‑to‑day guidance, review of work quality, and support for career growth
• Create client‑ready presentations, strategic materials, and other high‑quality deliverables
• Support proposals, recruiting, capability‑building efforts, and internal knowledge sharing
