Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university/college program studying Design, Product Design, UX, or HCI.
• Experience in product design, UI design, and/or UX design.
• Strong product instincts and UX skills.
• Visual design, layout, and typography skills.
• Curiosity about how design decisions impact user behavior and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers on new product development and reflect ideas in a global brand.
• Create UX designs, prototypes, and UI mockups including wireframes and components.
• Participate in product design sprints with cross-functional partners from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Data Science.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Help design components for Tinder’s design system and explore new design patterns.
• Brainstorm and articulate product experiences that align with Tinder’s mission and values.
• Present design work for feedback in design critiques and cross-functional reviews.
