Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Program Management Intern for a 12-week hybrid internship in Los Angeles, with in-office collaboration three days a week. Program Duration

The internship program will run from June 1 through August 31, 2027.

Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office collaboration three days per week in Los Angeles, California.

About the Role

As a Program Management Intern, you'll spend 12 weeks on the Program Management team owning a real piece of work, not a side project. You'll help keep Product, Design, and Engineering moving in the same direction on projects that ship to Tinder members, and you'll learn how a high-visibility roadmap gets planned, tracked, and delivered.

What you'll do:

• Keep everyone in the know: : Write clear weekly status updates for the teams and leaders involved, and flag issues early so they can be escalated before they become surprises.
• Turn big ideas into real plans: Build and maintain project timelines, tracking dependencies and the critical path, and call out what's at risk before it slips.Partner across teams: Work alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to keep projects on track, chasing down action items and removing blockers.
• Drive best practices: Help document and improve how we move work from idea to launch, including how AI is woven into our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
• Experience organizing people and work, whether through a prior internship, a student org, a class project, or something you built yourself.
• Clear, concise writing and the confidence to follow up with people until something gets done.
• Comfort picking up tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Figma, (we'll teach you what you don't know).
• Curiosity about how consumer apps get built and launched.

• Prior exposure to software development, product, or consulting, or a class or project where you juggled several moving pieces at once.

$47 - $47 an hour

The compensation range listed above is representative of the hourly rate offered.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, California. This hourly rate will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city, state, and country), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
