Job summary

Colder Products Company (CPC) in Minnesota designs and manufactures fluid handling components for diverse markets. The engineer will drive products from concept to launch, collaborating with Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Applications, and Marketing to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 2+ years of design and development experience. Strong communication, curiosity, and proactive problem solving are essential. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of design and product development experience.
• Curious, creative, and tenacious problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop products from conceptualization to launch.
• Collaborate with Test, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers in new product development.
• Partner with Sales, Applications, and Marketing to create solutions for OEM markets.
• Maintain high interaction with customers, sales managers, and application engineers.
• Lead or assist in resolving product performance issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and CPC core values.
• Follow Quality policies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ISO, ASI and other certifications as needed.
