Job summary

Colder Products Company is seeking an Applications Engineer in Minnesota to drive innovative fluid-connection solutions. You will lead technical discussions, translate customer needs into CPC capabilities, and work closely with engineering to ensure feasible, manufacturable designs.

You’ll define requirements, craft proposals, and partner with the sales team to win programs while serving as a technical resource for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or electrical preferred).
• 3+ years of product-related engineering experience.
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Creo, Pro/E, or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth by winning new business through technical expertise and new custom solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand their application needs and match CPC capabilities to deliver optimal solutions.
• Define new custom product requirements and manage them from initiation to delivery.
• Lead conceptual product design, proposals and management with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
• Develop costing and pricing for complex projects.
