Group/Division

The SensArray division is a world-leading provider of in-situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. We provide measurement and control solutions to semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure high yields and cost-effective manufacturing. Our business unit supports both R&D and high-volume manufacturing with in-situ thermal process control, enabling APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield.

Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

Role Description: Join our dynamic team as a Product Development Engineer, playing a pivotal role throughout the product lifecycle. You will develop and support next-generation in-situ semiconductor process monitoring systems and improve existing systems. Are you ready to make a significant impact and drive innovation? Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate: Develop next-generation energy storage devices.
  • Design: Contribute to new product design, material selection, packaging structure development, and process development.
  • Test: Participate in prototype testing, provide feedback on test plans, and conduct experiments to ensure product performance.
  • Implement: Lead production of new products on manufacturing lines.
  • Document: Create documentation for manufacturing transfer.
  • Improve: Enhance manufacturing yield and reliability.
  • Support Quality: Analyze data, document findings, and address quality issues.
  • Solve: Diagnose and resolve issues for existing and new products.
  • Collaborate: Work with manufacturing and quality teams to identify root causes of manufacturing excursions.
  • Improve: Implement continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in material science, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to engage across all levels of the division, including customers, suppliers, and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with electrochemical systems testing.
  • Knowledge of 8D methodology.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Minimum Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience or Master's degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
