The SensArray division is a world-leading provider of in-situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. We provide measurement and control solutions to semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure high yields and cost-effective manufacturing. Our business unit supports both R&D and high-volume manufacturing with in-situ thermal process control, enabling APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield.
