Job Description

This position offers remote work but requires regular nationwide travel for site visits, approximately 60% of the time.

The role involves leading and performing complex technical operational and maintenance support for the Field Services team. Responsibilities include conducting audits, regulatory reviews, and ensuring compliance as the Operator In Responsible Charge (ORC). It also oversees staffing processes and staff augmentation, with work performed under minimal supervision, allowing for decision-making and judgment.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct process, mechanical, and safety audits; ensure adherence; recommend and implement improvements based on audit findings.
  2. Oversee grounds management and monitoring to ensure safety and compliance.
  3. Lead temporary staffing processes for the team.
  4. Manage regulatory reviews and documentation, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and other regulations.
  5. Perform ORC duties.
  6. Lead sample collection and drilling operations, maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
  7. Adapt to additional assignments as needed.
Mentorship

May mentor and support less experienced team members to develop their skills.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years in Field Services or related field.

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current operator certification at the highest or next level, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.
Salary Range

Location-specific ranges: Location A: $106,000 - $145,000; Location B: $117,000 - $160,000; Location C: $128,000 - $174,000. Range may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
