Apple Inc. Beats Product Design is seeking a product design engineer to innovate, design, test, and document mechanical solutions for consumer electronics.

You’ll collaborate with Industrial Design, Electrical, Acoustics, Human Factors, and Software to meet objectives and validate performance through mass production. Requirements include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of design experience, DFM/DFA, GD&T, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or higher with relevant experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD and manufacturability methods.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis for sub-assemblies.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% and adapt to change.

Responsibilities
