This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, brand ambassador, or brand advocate experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers to communicate key points about products.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals for the products.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays & weekday work available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked.
• Ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• Ability to stand during the event.
• Open to applicants without a high school or college degree, with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience. Training is provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
