This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam's Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tastings, sampling, or demonstrations. Experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and communicate key product points.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during sample preparation.
• Work with the team to meet sales goals for products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production tasks).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; weekdays and holidays also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays.
• Ability to safely operate appliances like microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
• No high school or college degree required; training provided. We welcome applicants without experience, those returning to the workforce, or military veterans.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Possible exposure to cold, refrigerated areas, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
