This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or brand ambassador experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and communicate key product points
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving)
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles)
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; weekday and holiday work available
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays
• Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate)
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event
• Open to applicants without a high school or college degree, with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience. Training provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment, with exposure to cold, refrigerated areas, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
