CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Baltimore, MD. The role involves acquiring product knowledge, preparing and serving samples, and presenting products to consumers with a professional demeanor.

The position emphasizes proactive engagement, accurate execution, and coordination with store personnel. Typical hours are up to 25 hours per week and may adjust based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Capable of preparing and serving food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Present a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare Event Table for demonstrations.

• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.

• Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.
• Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections.
• Build and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Completes expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Accurately prepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Ability to access the internet, navigate through company’s electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and capability to view assigned documents, including Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms.

This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.
