Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store product demonstrators, ensuring engaging presentations and excellent customer service. You will coordinate training, product prep, and food-safety protocols while collaborating with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators across multiple locations.

The role involves leading a team, exercising independent judgement, and participating in grand openings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• Able to coach and counsel employees and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
