Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager in Eden Prairie, MN, to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will manage event prep, training and presentations while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and staff for successful promotions.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and the ability to drive sales through well-executed events and customer engagement. Competitive benefits and a set Tue–Sat schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or related mix.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and supervise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff for in-store product demonstrations.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in grand openings at new locations as needed.
• Direct activities to achieve sales and operational goals.
