Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep and presentation, training and delivering superb service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings.

Location: Maple Grove, MN; schedule varies with market needs and includes full-time benefits and a strong emphasis on leadership

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years experience in retail, hospitality or food environments.
• Detail oriented with leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Able to exercise independent judgement.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple manager, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
• Direct activities for events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics, including execution rates, sales performance, labor hours and operational costs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
