Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Selling Demo Representative to engage Customers at store events, present product features, and drive sales through enthusiastic demonstrations and hospitality.

You will set up and run demonstrations, manage materials, and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers. Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in product demonstration is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to explain product ingredients and recipe components for allergy or dietary concerns.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell products through store events and hospitality activities to educate Customers and drive sales.
• Engage Customers with enthusiasm, share product knowledge, samples, and savings information.
• Prepare, stage, execute, and close events with products, equipment, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all signage, coupons, and materials are displayed to support engagement.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in daily operations.
• Review daily sales and understand relevant performance metrics.
