What we are looking for:
Prison Fellowship is seeking a Product Delivery Manager – Church to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of custom software solutions that support our Church Ministry and Engagement Programs. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with ministry priorities and delivering systems that drive real impact.

Expectations of this role:

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and supportthe ministry through prayer and actions
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and create product requirement documents
  • Serve as the IT subject matter expert for Church-related technology initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable plans
  • Create product roadmaps and lead product strategy and priority
  • Develop and monitor timelines and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional product teams and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading software or IT project teams through the full lifecycle of complex system development
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • Understanding of software development, database modeling, technology stack, software libraries, web content management, data integration architecture and data warehousing platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall technology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative IT solutions
  • Advanced communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel component

What we offer:
At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees. Our outstanding benefits package includes paid leave starting at 39 days (14 holidays, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days) after one year of employment. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $83,000 and $97,000.
