Join a leading clinical research organization as a Trial Delivery Manager, overseeing phase 1-4 clinical trials globally in various therapeutic areas. This role involves managing study teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards, and working closely with vendors and internal departments to achieve trial milestones.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the Study Management Team from trial setup to closure.
2. Monitoring key study metrics and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
3. Managing budgets and third-party vendors.
4. Driving enrollment and documentation updates.
5. Ensuring compliance with health authority regulations and internal SOPs.
6. Participating in audits and inspections.
7. Training study teams and liaising with Quality Management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global clinical trial management, including vendor management and study startup, with a background in Phase I-IV studies, and the ability to lead virtual teams effectively.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 6-8 years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience managing global or regional virtual teams for at least 3 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Legal authorization to work in the US/Canada without future sponsorship.

This position is remote from home, based on the East Coast of the US/Canada.
