Job summary

NAM Info Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, coordinating design, technology, facilities and strategy in a highly matrixed environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply agile and waterfall methods, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and work with stakeholders to align business cases and executive communications. Strong Excel data analysis and comfort with generative AI are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or a related domain; workplace/building tech a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics and applying agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
• Experience in change readiness and/or change management.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to develop clear graphics.

Job Description

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
