• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
• Experience in change readiness and/or change management.
• Excellent presentation skills, with a talent for developing clear and engaging graphics.
• Proficient in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Skilled in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Comfortable with generative AI usage and understanding of its logic.
• Fluent in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
