Mansfield Energy Corp seeks a Manager, Product Delivery to lead Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers in translating strategy into shipped outcomes. You will set standards, govern demand and capacity, and remove barriers to ensure predictable execution across the portfolio.

You will drive talent development, manage cross-team dependencies, and report on delivery performance, risk, and business impact to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of delivery or program management experience in software/digital products.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership in delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers; hire, onboard, coach, and mentor.
• Set delivery standards, operating cadences, agile ceremonies, and release practices.
• Own intake path, capacity governance, and trade-off decisions based on capacity and business impact.
• Lead Project Managers; ensure clear scope, milestones, and risk management across initiatives.
• Define KPIs and provide visibility into status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.
