Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Product Delivery Management Senior Associate within Global Security's Consumer Security organization to lead day-to-day delivery for the CAP Index - Guard Management Platform. You will coordinate across product, engineering, vendor, operations, and control partners to ensure work is defined, tracked, launched, documented, and supported.

You will also provide shared portfolio coverage (reporting, governance, data dependencies, training) and support capabilities like Unified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting product delivery in SaaS platforms or technology delivery initiatives.
• Strong written communication to translate complex information for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools and validating data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery cadence for GMP, including planning, backlog readiness, dependency coordination, and issue triage.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and stakeholder status reports.
• Translate business requirements into epics and user stories in Jira/Confluence with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate Agile execution and track blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate testing and release readiness activities (UAT, functional testing, production validation).
