FreedomPay is hiring a delivery-focused program manager to drive software and integration initiatives from planning to go-to-market. You will own delivery plans, coordinate across engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison for clients and partners at all levels, including executive leadership.

You will remove impediments, manage scope and budget, and continuously improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years delivering software development and related IT projects across multi-faceted teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams across a program or major clients.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients and fast-moving agile projects.
• Experience interfacing with external and internal stakeholders, SMEs and C-level personnel.
• Experience translating business processes, architecture discussions and requirements into clear deliverables.
• Possess an eagerness to learn the details of the platform, infrastructure, and services we provide, both technically and from a merchant perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Drive programs and projects from planning and scope definition through testing, release and iteration, and go to market across all life cycle phases.
• Own the delivery plan and track every deliverable against it to ensure on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the single point of contact for all delivery streams including software development, system and infrastructure integrations, certifications, quality assurance and production deployment.
• Identify, track and eliminate team impediments and process bottlenecks.
• Resolve and escalated cross-team issues and blockers early, before they affect the schedule.
• Coordinate across engineering, product management, design, security, network and business stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
• Manage and track all deliverables to the work/project plan, own the plan, ensure on time, on scope and on budget delivery. Collaborate with other delivery leads and engineering managers to align resources to the plan.
• Work directly with clients at all levels of management, including C-level, to define scope and high-level and detailed requirements, which lead to a delivery plan.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, integrators, vendors and internal teams throughout each engagement.
• Establish communication plans and provide frequent updates to all internal and client stakeholders.
• Partner with other project managers, delivery managers, scrum masters and senior leaders on resource allocation, prioritization, refinement and scheduling.
• Recommend internal process, policy, and quality improvements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, proactive and positive communication.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent work streams across a program or major clients
• Experience working with both enterprise-level clients and fast-moving agile projects

• Experience translating business processes, architecture discussions and requirements into clear deliverables
• Possess an eagerness to learn the details of the platform, infrastructure, and services we provide, both technically (how they work) and from a merchant's perspective (how they are used)
