Job summary

Your Golf Travel is seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations & Data Coordinator to manage end-to-end data lifecycle for luxury golf tour products. You will architect core database structures, support VueTrip, Travefy, and Zoho CRM, and ensure data accuracy from inquiry to accounting reconciliation.

This role offers cross-functional collaboration, training responsibilities, and development of SOPs across systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in operations, systems administration, or product data management.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, VueTrip, Travefy, and Google Suite.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to design scalable workflows.
• Experience mapping data and documenting SOPs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize database structures for product data and pricing logic.
• Train and support agents and leadership on internal systems.
• Streamline agent quoting and booking workflows across VueTrip, Travefy, and Zoho CRM.
• Organize Google Drive assets to provide a single source of truth.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and SOPs.
