Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Travel Product Operations Associate to ensure hotel specifics and other travel services are accurately entered and managed within our database, making them available for sale to agents and clients.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, perform QA checks, and drive process improvements to support our reservation system and online booking engine.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hotel product setup or travel operations.
• Experience interpreting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) is valued.
• Fluent English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, verification, entry and management of supplier details, including hotel markup, commissions, room data, fees, and more.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV’s database.
• Collaborate with sales agents, answer inquiries about supplier details, and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Manage content updates such as general information, itineraries, and terms & conditions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal teams; resolve system errors or incorrect bookings.
• Perform QA checks to verify data accuracy and propose improvements.
• Lead special projects to improve processes and efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or designees.
