Job summary

GOLFTEC Enterprises in Englewood, CO, seeks a SkyTrak Sales Coordinator to manage PO intake, pricing, and partner documentation in a hybrid role four days on-site. You will coordinate orders, ship windows, and MAP monitoring while supporting cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented administration, communication with wholesale/retail partners, and maintaining the single source of truth for pricing and product data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or order management.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and structured trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and partner contacts.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• PO administration and order coordination, logging and tracking orders.
• Coordinate ship windows and communicate updates to partners.
• Create and maintain item setup and SKU packets as the truth source.
• Maintain price sheets, promotional calendars, and partner content.
• MAP monitoring, reporting, and compliance support with documentation.
• RMA/returns and sample logistics coordination for priority accounts.
