Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Food Science, or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of product data management, master data governance, supply chain operations, or enterprise systems support in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to JD Edwards is a plus; familiarity with labeling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns creation, maintenance, governance, and improvement of product master data across systems.
• Develops and manages specifications for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
• Owns product change workflows and approvals for controlled releases.
• Maintains BOMs, product structures, item setup, and hierarchies to support operations.
• Creates and maintains labels aligned with specs and customer requirements.
• Audits data integrity, resolves discrepancies, and enforces data standards.
• Leads handoff of data from Product Development to Operations for manufacturing readiness.
• Partners with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to govern data.
