Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Product Data & Agentic Commerce Manager to lead product data strategy and implementation within Agentic Commerce transformations. You will bridge what AI agents require to surface and transact on products with client commercial and operational needs.

You will guide PXM strategy across platforms like Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo, define schemas, and drive data governance, QA, and enrichment programs at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on platform experience with PXM and PIM systems — specifically Salsify, Akeneo, or Syndigo.

Responsibilities

• Lead product data readiness assessments for clients — diagnosing gaps between current data states and structured, machine-readable content for AI agents.
• Define and implement product data value chain strategies: from R&D and master data systems through PXM enrichment to AI-ready feeds.
• Establish unified, structured product data foundations ensuring attribute completeness and data quality across master data, PXM platforms, and channel outputs.
• Translate AI discoverability requirements into concrete product data architectures and roadmaps.
• Partner with client executives to align product data strategy with commercial priorities and measurable P&L outcomes.
