Job summary

Accenture Song in Detroit is seeking a seasoned Product Data & Agentic Commerce Manager to lead the product data strategy and execution within client transformations. You will align AI agentic requirements with commercial and operational priorities, shaping data foundations for reliable AI-enabled commerce.

You will guide PXM programs across Salsify, Akeneo, and Syndigo, define content standards, and design scalable enrichment and governance processes.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology.
5+ years of hands-on experience with PXM and PIM systems (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo).
Strong consulting, executive communication, and program leadership skills.
Experience leading product data enrichment and governance at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the product data strategy and implementation workstream within Agentic Commerce transformations.
Bridge between AI agent requirements and client commercial/operational needs.
Lead PXM strategy across Salsify, Akeneo, and Syndigo.
Define product attribute schemas and content standards for human-facing and AI-ready surfaces.
Architect data feeds for multi-channel syndication and AI outputs.
Mentor consultants and contribute to accelerators and framework development.
