Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology.
• 5+ years with PXM/PIM systems (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo) and multi-channel syndication.
• Experience with data governance, enrichment workflows, and AI-ready product content.
• Strong executive relationship management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product data strategy and implementation workstreams within Agentic Commerce programs.
• Define schemas, content standards, and enrichment roadmaps for AI discoverability.
• Oversee PXM platform implementations across Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo.
• Architect product feed designs for retailer portals and AI surfaces.
• Mentor teams and contribute to accelerators and go-to-market offerings.
