Job summary

Techhuman is seeking a Data Product Owner to lead data initiatives across engineering and analytics, with a strong focus on Master Data Management domains such as customer, product, location, and transactional data. This role requires a technically fluent product owner who can operate in ambiguity and build multi-year roadmaps that drive enterprise data strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ combined experience in product roles supporting data teams.
• Experience in project management or business analysis within large-scale environments.
• Strong domain experience in Master Data Management (MDM) across customer, product/location and transactional data.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments: framing problems, leading discussions, and driving clarity.
• Experience building and managing multi-year product roadmaps and OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data initiatives from framing to delivery.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define evolving requirements.
• Translate needs into backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Interface between business partners and technical teams for alignment.
• Oversee ELT-based data initiatives in hybrid cloud environments.
• Use SQL to explore datasets and validate logic.
• Establish standard product management practices and governance.
• Track delivery KPIs to mature the product organization.
• Define and manage OKRs to align output with outcomes.
• Operate independently on smaller initiatives.
