Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for over 100 processes and work instructions, ensuring flawless adherence across departments.
- Support Master Data Management initiatives, including data cleansing, global governance adoption, and process definition.
- Coordinate with Portfolio Management categories to provide expertise in data processing related to specific business categories.
- Implement changes to product data attributes in the ERP system accurately, following all approvals and business rules.
- Collaborate with suppliers, Regulatory, and Portfolio Management to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new items.
- Assist with the Annual Supplier Pricing project by reviewing data, completing workflows, and processing off-cycle pricing changes.
- Manage the new item entry process, working with Portfolio Management and Regulatory Affairs for accurate and timely data entry.
- Develop and implement solutions to ensure data quality, minimizing disruptions to downstream systems.
- Analyze product data regularly to assess integrity and initiate proactive cleansing projects.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding requests, issue resolution, and data integrity concerns.
- Follow detailed governance and SOPs to ensure consistent and accurate product data updates.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
- Experience in data management and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow business rules meticulously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Effective workload prioritization and management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and data processing.
