Responsibilities

• Develops and documents new processes in the area of logistics.
• Provides direction to team on process enhancements.
• Reviews and updates existing processes and provides direction to team on implementing process enhancements.
• Participates in SCM process development including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
• Supports resolving process/execution issues with internal and external customers.
• Manages requests for support/service and develops processes to meet customer demands.
• Leads rapid identification, analysis, and resolution of problems to minimize interruptions.
• Develops tools for tracking measurements and performance.
• Monitors team activities against objectives and mentors new employees.
