Job summary

Celestica is seeking a logistics professional to develop and document new processes in the area of logistics and to provide direction to the team on process enhancements. You will review and update existing processes, participate in evaluating and improving SCM business processes, and resolve issues with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents new processes in the area of logistics.
• Provides direction to team on process enhancements.
• Reviews and updates existing processes and provides direction to team on implementing process enhancements.
• Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
• Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.
• Manages requests for support/service and develops processes to meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction.
