Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an Inventory Control, Materials Analyst, or cycle-counting role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in high-tech/electronics assembly environments; tracking complex parts lists is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction processing and data lookups; Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Solid understanding of cycle-counting methodologies, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management principles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and communication skills for resolving discrepancies with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Track inventory issues and assist team in understanding and resolving them; report on physical flow and system status.
• Material Plan Execution Support: Execute tasks to support the material plan and help achieve target levels.
• Data Integrity: Conduct routine audits to verify data accuracy within the ERP/MRP system.
• Surplus Control & Support: Monitor surplus inventory and support physical inventory count processes to reduce non-working stock.
• Financial Reconciliation Support: Collect and organize data used to balance inventory results with financial records.
• Reporting: Assist in producing weekly reports to forecast and track inventory metrics.
